When a deposit bonus makes sense
A deposit bonus can suit you if you mainly play slots (which usually count fully towards wagering), you were going to deposit that amount anyway, and the wagering requirement is achievable within the time limit at your normal bet size. When cashback makes sense
Cashback appeals to players who want to keep their deposit free of wagering. You play normally, and if the period ends with a net loss, a percentage is returned. The key things to check are how "net loss" is calculated, the maximum cashback, and whether the returned amount itself carries wagering.
